德里克·迈克尔·肖万（英語：Derek Michael Chauvin，/ˈʃoʊvən/ SHOH-vən，1976年3月19日—）是美国前警官，因涉嫌串謀在明尼苏达州明尼阿波利斯杀害乔治·弗洛伊德，被判入獄22年6個月[6]。

2021年9月23日，肖萬向明尼斯达州地区法院提出上诉。[36]

2022年7月7日，美国联邦地区法院以逮捕期间“侵犯弗洛伊德公民权利”为由，再判处肖万21年有期徒刑。[37]2023年11月24日，肖万在狱中遭其他犯人刀刺受重伤。[38]

个人生活

肖万的前妻凯丽（Kellie）是一名房地产经纪人和摄影师[39]，是一名来自老挝的苗族难民，本姓邵（Thao），曾以熊（Xiong）作为夫姓，与前夫育有孩子，和肖万结婚将近十年，但并无他的孩子[40][41]。她在2018年的“明尼苏达州夫人”（Mrs. Minnesota）选美比赛中获胜[42][43][44]，在肖万因谋杀弗洛伊德被捕的前一天提出离婚申请[45][46][47]，离婚于2021年2月最终确定[48]。由于其原姓氏与案发现场的一名亚裔警官Tou Thao相同，曾一度被认为Tou Thao是她的兄弟[49]。
