第24步兵师（德语：24. Infanterie-Division）是纳粹德国国防军陆军的一个步兵师。该师于1935年10月在开姆尼茨组建。

第二次世界大战期间，该师参与入侵波兰、入侵法国行动。1941年6月，该师参与巴巴罗萨行动，此后该师一直在东线作战。

该师最后于1945年5月在库尔兰口袋被围投降解散。
